about

Tomorrows is a musical tribute to some 80's hard rock heroes of mine. When I hear it I think UFO, AC/DC, KISS all placed in a pot and heated to boiling point.

Yes, the song is blatantly and shamelessly hard rock and lyrically its a very unsubtle bunch of sexual references, all personal experiences it has to be said, so you could say I researched the lyrics intensely!

Some will find the lyrics sexist, but they can bite me. This song is a celebration of sexuality, enjoying it and basking in its pleasure!

The lead guitar is by an old and dear friend of mine from Austin, TX, John Orr Franklin. I worked with him as a drummer on a few of his projects when I lived over there and he's an incredible talent, as well as a producer and arranger in his own right.

I hope you enjoy this masterpiece of sexual bravado and understated machismo!!

lyrics

The sun shines
And the smiles are wide
I stand and watch
The turning of the tide

I see you
With that blue dress on
Lovin' free
All inhibitions gone

Excitment grows
We're almost there
The timing's right
We could be anywhere
But here we are
In the heat of the day
Don't want this moment
To get away...

Woah oh
Its such a feeling
Woah oh
Its so revealing
Woah oh
Want us to follow
To the end of our tomorrows

In uniform
You do that dance
my throat is dry
I'm gonna get my chance

In coat and heels
You come for me
I want you now
Oh so desperately

Excitement grows
We're almost there
The timing's right
We could be anywhere
But here we are
In the heat of the day
Don't want this moment
To get away...

Woah oh
Its such a feeling
Woah oh
Its so revealing
Woah oh
Want us to follow
To the end of our tomorrows

about

Rob Palladino England, UK

I've been a musician for many years, and until an injury to my right arm was a drummer.

When I was forced to hang my sticks up, I decided to play guitar as a therapeutic exercise, but then all these songs started falling out.

I decided to keep writing as long as I had the inspiration and the E.P. here and my forthcoming album 'Spirit Trail' are the results.

I hope you enjoy the music!
